Fifth Grade class returns with laughter, fun and smile!

The 5th grade class has been working hard these beginning weeks. We painted sunflowers, drew self portraits and worked on our Who Am I? books. The TISA Glam Trash Fashion Show was a smash success! Everyone is looking forward to our camping trip in mid- September! Check out our work!

Glam Trash Fashion Show at TISA!

TISA held the second Annual Glam Trash Fashion Show on Thursday! Check out our 5th grade designers and models, many of whom will participate in the Taos show today at 2pm. Congratulations to all that participated!

The 5th grade had a great first week! As part of our Welcome UBD we learned about Roy Lichtenstein's graphic portraits. Here are some photos of our work.

We also made nitrogen ice cream with Chris Pieper! Yum!
